I think Stephanie is an extremely able pharmacist, she really knows her stuff.

Speaking as a retired pharmacist, I can say that her technical abilities are very good. She approaches the MURs extremely professionally and I am full of praise for her.

I would say she is very deserving of an award based on her abilities and knowledge, which is superb.

She is amazing. One in a million!

I have had asthma for many, many years, and I’ve been ill for about 4 and a half weeks with a virus, struggling with the asthma connected to it. I went into the shop last week and she asked me if I was using my inhalers and I said they weren’t helping.

She asked if I had been shown how to use an inhaler and I told her that there was no need, and everyone knows how to use one.

She requested that I come and take some time for a chat and do an inhaler technique check and she gave me a 45 minute consultation. I completed a questionnaire from which Stephanie gleaned a lot of information. I learned more in that 45 mins than I have in 20 years.

The result is that I am now completely free of my asthma, and I will be glad to say that she is better than any doctor, who at best give you ten minutes. This is why I now have a private Doctor, and not NHS.

So impressed and she is very deserving of this award.
